Take a picture of every meal and write down everything else I eat. (If I’m

At the end of each day write down what I drank. Hydration is next to godliness.

Things to remember 

I chose to come alone, don’t be a baby about it. If in doubt, what would Brigi do. 

Be ever so careful when your feet aren’t on firm ground (boats/bikes/cablecars and the like). You like your feet on the floor for a reason, think on. 

If in doubt, take a walk  to a faraway place for a thing. Nothing bad happens on a bimble. 

Don’t think that something fake is real and only cheap cause it’s made round the corner. It’s fake and you’re  an idiot leave it alone it’ll only  break or hurt you.
